Procedures

1. The applicant shall fill the application form in the Natural Gas Directorate/ Studies Division, and it shall be transferred to the Ministry’s divan for registration, giving it an incoming number and returning the application to the Natural Gas Directorate.
2. A letter shall be prepared to the Department of Lands and Survey for conducting the appropriate duly and according to the established laws for completing the required procedures. 

Required Documents

• Copy of the registration document.
• Copy of the ID of the concerned party.
• Copy of the negotiation agreement signed duly, a copy of the ruling of compensation decision or a copy of the letter of the Department of Lands and Survey to execute the decision issued by the court regarding compensating the requisition of a part of the land in question. 

Persons benefiting from the service

All applicants whose parts of their lands have been acquired for the natural gas pipeline projects.
